#handmadescarfswap FUN!

I’ve just finished my first sewing swap! I made an infinity scarf from a Nani Iro double gauze and some leftover feather print crêpe de Chine from my Archer tank. I think it’s lovely and I really hope the recipient enjoys it!

Since I had pulled a few fabric possibilities from my stash before settling on the final combo, I stitched a second scarf too. The second infinity scarf is from a purple tie dye knit. This will be a perfect gift for one of my yoga teachers who is celebrating her birthday this week.

I received this wonderful scarf from Melissa at EcoArmoire.

It’s perfect and I’ve worn it twice now. Hooray!

This sewing swap was put on by SewBon on SewCaroline! It has been inspiring to see what other participants are making. You can find the photos on Instagram by searching #handmadescarfswap. I cannot wait to participate in another fun and quick sewing exchange!
